The cover of VOGUE CHINA has just been released for April 2016, and what do you know but House of Snowball is on the cover!!! And what a beautiful cover it is!

House of Snowball creates a 'Victoriana Venus in the Jungle' for MARIE CLAIRE US September 2015

House of Snowball's cuffs and collar feature in Marie Claire US magazine as Patti Wilson styles Russian model and actress, Daria Strokous for the Victorian inspired shoot photographed by Francois Nars. 

     

House of Snowball's new pieces from Fall 2015-6 Collection, a pair of white cotton organdy  cotton tulle and vintage lace Gigi Cuffs (pictured left) and the black silk organza Velvet Pleated Ruff Collar (pictured right) accessorise an exquisite guipure lace Dolce & Gabbana dress.  Francois Nars, the internationally renowned photographer, makeup artist, and creative director of Nars Cosmetics, shot this story titled, IDYLL WILD on his private island in Bora-Bora, just north west of Tahiti. "As the edgy Victorian themes that ran steadily through the fall collections inspired the shoot, the fiercely exotic palms of the island provided a darker, more mysterious backdrop than the classic sun and sand of French Polynesia." (Erin Flaherty, Marie Claire.)

Coventry St Boutique Closing

After three exciting years, House of Snowball will be closing our Coventry Street Boutique in South Melbourne. 

House of Snowball will be taking a new direction for the brand with a major focus on designing Ready to Wear collections. Utilising our creativity and experience, we will be spending more time concentrating on designing and producing beautiful clothing that is more accessible to you.

Through our customized and made to measure designs we have gained a clear understanding of what it is our customers want. Many women have expressed to us how difficult it is to find something special, as well as flattering, that is well made using quality fabrics. We are hoping to find the formula to bring this to you in a more accessible way and continue to use clever design and fabric choices to solve these issues on a season to season basis. 
 



















Those of you who walk past the shop each week to look at the window display and see us work on new creations, don't be sad, you will still be able to be inspired online at anytime of the day.
